The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

There is currently only one commercially available Mitsubishi car capable of running fully on electricity, the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The Mitsubishi PHEV has a usable battery capacity of 13.8 kWh.

EV Cables Mitsubishi

When charging your Mitsubishi, you will require high-quality cables to charge your engine to its full potential. The Mitsubishi Outlander is compatible with type 1 cables.

Take a look at some of the cables we have to offer:

Smartly Type 1 to Type 2 cables

EV Chargers Mitsubishi

The Mitsubishi PHEV has a smaller engine and charges quickly. A charging port with 3.6Kw-7kW capacity is ideal for your electric Mitsubishi.

We have a range of chargers to choose from, so you can find the perfect fit for your home. We also offer fault detection kits to ensure your home charging setup is as safe as possible.

Why Choose Smartly?

At Smartly, we believe in making access to electric vehicles and accessories simple and easy to understand. We want to help educate you to make the best choices for your electric vehicle, advising you on what you might need and how to use it for maximum efficiency. We believe in only selling high-quality products. All of our cables are made in the UK, and all of our other products are sourced from reputable, high-end manufacturers within Europe.

We’re also a carbon-neutral company that works with One Tree Planted to offset our carbon emissions. We believe the future is in electricity and sustainability, and we want to model that with our ethos. We plant 30 trees per month and an additional tree for every order received.

When using a dedicated home charging port, or a public service charging port, the Mitsubishi Outlander can achieve:

● A full charge in 4 hours using a 3.6kW charger
● A full charge in 4 hours using a 7kW charger
● 80% charge in 30 minutes using a rapid 50kW charger
● 80% charge in 30 minutes using a rapid 150 kW charger
For most homes, it will cost around £740 - £900. This price includes everything you’ll need to charge your Mitsubishi PHEV at home.
You can plug your Mitsubishi electric car into a regular three-pin outlet with the right adapter; however, it will charge slower. Regular three-pin sockets only deliver an average of 2.3kW of charge, more than doubling your standard charging time. A 7.4 kW charger is recommended for max home charging for your Mitsubishi PHEV and can charge the electric engine fully in 4 hours.
The cost will depend on your energy tariff, but achieving a full charge for a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV usually costs around £3.48, or 14.61 pence per mile. To achieve an 80% charge with a rapid charger, the cost would be around £3.28, or 22.96 pence per mile.
