SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

We offer FREE express shipping on all orders. Chargers and Accessories will be shipped by next working day courier delivery. Charging Cables are made to order in our UK factory, so we offer free 3 working day courier delivery.

Delivery timescales can be longer for Scottish Highlands and other distant locations. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We currently don’t offer International Shipping on the website, but please get in touch and we will try to facilitate your request.

Returns

We offer a 14-day refund, should you wish to return your order, for any reason. Please contact us at support@smartlycharging if you have changed your mind or ordered in error. Unless defective, the product must still be new and unused to qualify for a full refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

All our products are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. Smartly Charging Cables have a 12-month warranty, and our Chargers have a 3-year warranty. Please contact us at support@smartlycharging if you have any issues with your order, we’re happy to help!

We’ve got you covered, as we have finance options available for people with varying circumstances. Smartly believes that you shouldn’t have to pinch your pockets to be able to purchase our products. You can pay in affordable monthly instalments to better suit your needs and budget.

Pay at checkout with Klarna over 3 monthly instalments, or to help you pay over a longer period, we have partnered with Kandoo, an FCA regulated credit broker to offer all our customers a range of highly flexible finance options.
