And the battery capacity you have will not only impact how long a charge will take but also what kind of charger you can use.

The Skoda PHEVs (Octavia iV and Superb iV) cannot use rapid 50 kW or 150kW chargers.

A full charge in 27 hours with an emergency 3-pin plug.

A full charge in 17 hours with a 3.6 kW charger.

A full charge in 9 hours using a 7 kW charger.

A full charge in 6 hours using a 22 kW charger.

60-80% charge in around 50 minutes using a 50 kW or 30 minutes 150 kW charger.

The Skoda CITIGOe iV costs around 3.4 p/mile when charging it at home with a cost of around 16 p/kWh. For rapid charging, it costs around 5.1 p/mile with a charging cost of 30p/kWh up until 80% charge. Charging above 80% is never recommended when using rapid charging ports as it can become very expensive.

The Skoda Enyaq iV costs around 4.1p/mile to charge at home with a cost of around 16 p/kWh. Rapid charging is more expensive with a cost of 7.7 p/mile with a cost of 30p/kWh up to 80% charge.

The total range on a full charge with a Skoda Enyaq iV is around 256 miles running a peak efficiency.

With a full battery and operating at maximum efficiency, the CITIGOe iV can accomplish 170 miles.
