We believe you should have the choice of who installs your charger. This allows greater transparency with charger costs and installation. We don't force you to take installation as standard - so feel free to purchase the charger alone.

Our installation service is provided by our fully certified team for a set fee of £500 (inc VAT). This includes mounting to an external wall, and up to 10m of cabling to spare circuit on consumer unit. More complicated installs, or remote locations may incur an additional charge. Contact us before or after purchasing your charger to discuss installation.

We offer FREE express shipping on all orders. Orders will arrive within 3 working days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will do our best to ship your order quicker!

Delivery timescales can be longer for Scottish Highlands and other distant locations.

Returns

We offer a 14-day refund, should you wish to return your order, for any reason. Please contact us at support@smartlycharging.com if you have changed your mind or ordered in error. Unless defective, the product must still be new, unopened, and unused to qualify for a full refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Smartly Charging Cables have a 12-month warranty, and Chargers have a 3-year warranty. Please contact us at support@smartlycharging.com if you have any issues with your order, we’re happy to help!

Features

Connect Multiple Vehicles

You can have up to 3 Chargers on one fuse. All connected cars can be charged at the same time, and the available power is distributed automatically and dynamically between the vehicles. The total load will thus never exceed the set limit for the fuse.

Compact

The Charger is 69 % smaller and lighter than other electric chargers, with similar functionality. It weighs only 1.5 kg! This means that we save the environment at least 4 kg of copper and plastic per produced charger.

WiFi and eSim

If you buy now you get free mobile internet access throughout the lifetime of the product. In order to get software updates and increased redundancy, we recommend installing a local WiFi network, if there is no mobile coverage.

Easee App

With the Easee app it is possible to control and plan when your car is charging. You can see live values for the current charge session and get an overview of your consumption. If you want to avoid finding the charging cable every time you charge the car, you can easily lock the cable permanently in the Charging Robot through the app.

You get full control over who can charge and when they can charge. We update the app periodically to make your Charging Robot even smarter. Additionally, with the Easee API further integrations and extended possibilities are available.
